Content Moderators – Online community support

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have strong written and spoken English communications skills
• With background and experience working in a creative industry such as advertising, marketing, copywriting, copyediting, transcreation
• With experience in content moderation
• Able to read fast and demonstrate high attention to detail
• A critical thinker with good intuition and excellent analytical skills
• Has the ability to follow complex guidelines
• With an upbeat and inquisitive personality
• Equipped with basic technical skills–able to navigate through computer and web applications with ease

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Content Moderator, you will be working for an online Q&A platform, where questions are asked, answered, edited, and organized by its community of users

• Evaluate content based on given guidelines
• Perform other tasks as required by the client
