Customer Service Agents – Davao

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Efficiently respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns via phone, chat, and email
  • Work closely with the campaign’s Account Management team to help design and improve internal processes to ensure efficiency and track trends
  • Perform other tasks as required by the campaign

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Four-year Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in live chat/email support/customer service/call center environment is required
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
  • Basic technical skills (able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications)
  • Upbeat, positive, kind, and empathetic personality preferred
  • Flexible and willing to work in a fast-paced and quickly growing environment
  • Open-minded and prepared to take on new challenges and learn new skills
