RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist customers via email and chat, identifying and resolving problems
  • Regularly aim to improve the quality of customer interactions
  • Be a team player; have fun and work with a team to hit client targets
  • Perform other tasks as required by the client

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Four-year bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Prior experience providing support via email or chat
  • Proficient in written and verbal English communication skills
  • Basic technical skills (able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications)
  • A critical thinker with good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to empathize with users and create a positive user experience
  • With an upbeat, positive, kind, and empathetic personality
  • Open-minded and prepared to take on new challenges and learn new skills
  • Willing to work in Makati
