German Customer Support Agents

Earn up to PHP 75,000/month for this position

    If hired, you will be working as a non-voice customer support agent for an international company that develops products exclusively for women. As such, applicants must be female and:

  • fluent in written and spoken German;
  • has good English communication skills;
  • with bachelor s degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred;
  • must have at least 6 months of experience working in a BPO company, preferably in a live chat/email customer service campaign;
  • with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail;
  • equipped with the basic technical skills—able to navigate through computer and web application with ease; and
  • willing to start working immediately.


  • Respond and resolve customer service and technical support concerns via live chat and email in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
  • Efficiently escalate complex problems to appropriate internal resources
  • Document customer interactions to help maintain client s internal and external knowledge bases
  • Collaborate with coworkers to provide insightful feedback that will improve processes and products
  • Perform other tasks as required by the campaign
