[Hybrid Work] Managed Services Representatives

Earn up to Php 40,000 /month

  • Preferably, a bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, other technical degrees, economics, business management, or finance
  • Some experience working in finance, investment, enterprise software, and/or tech industries
  • Experience with the following an advantage:
    • Splunk, PowerShell, Citrix, VisualCron
    • Experience with SQL Server, including knowledge of table relationships
  • Sense of ownership and time management skills when handling escalations
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team environment
  • Superior troubleshooting and analysis/resolution skills
  • Ability to understand and convey client business requirements to senior-level support resources for escalation
  • Ability to explain technical issues clearly and concisely, in an understandable manner to both non-technical and highly technical users
  • Strong presentation/training skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex issues and adapt to different challenges and changing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong attention to detail
  • Willing to work the night shift to cater to clients in the US region



  • Provide a high level of in-depth technical support by resolving issues by phone, email, and web, in a manner and time frame consistent with department and team service levels and goals
  • Collaborate with clients, team members, implementation consultants, and resources across our global office locations to achieve desired results
  • Continue internal education, training, and certifications to stay ahead of an evolving technical and financial industry landscape, learn new product releases, and increase your value to the company and the client base
  • Interpret and validate technical issues, test solutions, follow-up, and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain and create detailed documentation by logging support cases, creating email and knowledge base articles for client and internal use
  • Work with the internal and external technical business partners to help identify software vs. data issues
  • Implement workflow optimization and automation, including scripting, resulting in time and cost efficiencies as well as quality improvements for clients
  • Monitor and troubleshoot complex internal and third-party automation
