Inbound/Outbound Agent (Healthcare Provider)



    If hired, you will be working for a client in the healthcare insurance industry. To fulfill your responsibilities as a Customer Support Agent, you will be tasked to:

  • Conduct outbound and inbound interactions with customers over the phone and via live chat;
  • Document every customer interaction;
  • Improve the quality of customer interactions on a daily basis; and
  • Have fun and work effectively with a team of awesome people.


  • Highly proficient in written and spoken English
  • With a bachelor s degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred
  • Must have at least 6 months of experience working in a BPO company
  • Strong background in inbound customer support
  • Previous experience working with healthcare insurance providers preferred but not required
  • With good analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Equipped with basic technical skills—able to navigate through computer and web applications with ease
  • Willing to work on a flexible schedule, including the night shift, weekend, and holidays
