 Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the primary liaison between the customer and client
  • Answer and resolve questions efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Support clients while maintaining a high degree of customer service for all support queries
  • Take ownership of unresolved and escalated issues, follow up on the status of problem on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of client products and inventory self-scanning best-practices
  • Share your ideas and your feedback to help identify opportunities that will make our client s inventory experience better


  • Must be fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Customer/client focus is crucial with outstanding communication skills including verbal, written, and listening skills
  • Ability to handle a wide variety of duties with minimal supervision
  • Experience working with company escalation policy
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Ability to thrive in a lively working environment and multi-task
  • Excellent and reliable attendance record
  • The flexibility to work weekends and overnight
