Mandarin Customer Support Agent (Healthcare facility)

RESPONSIBILITIES

    This is for a healthcare campaign. So, if hired, you will be working on behalf of a nonprofit medical service provider and will be responsible for:

  • efficiently respond to customers’ inquiries and concerns over the phone and via email, live
    chat, or social media;
  • connecting and building rapport with customers by actively listening, asking the right questions and offering solutions, while demonstrating a deep understanding of their concern;
  • offering quality customer service on every call to surpass expectations;
  • managing difficult situation to end every call in a positiveĀ manner;
  • sharing knowledge and best practices with the team; and
  • perform other tasks as required by the campaign.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Native level language proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin
  • Good English communication skills
  • At least a high school graduate
  • Effective organization and time management skills
  • Able to multitask and embrace change in a fast-paced, performance driven team
  • Diligent and keen on exceeding expectations and continuously seeking improvement opportunities
  • Ability to work well in team-oriented environments
  • Punctual and committed to work on a flexible schedule: 24/7 including holidays
  • Comfortable working in a call center environment (constant monitoring, pressure to perform, confinement to space, etc.)
  • Strong technical skillsā€”able to navigate through computer and web application with ease
