Administrative Assistant – Davao

  • Oversee the compliance of all established company policies and standards
  • Help solve concerns that affect the operations’ service, efficiency, and productivity
  • Ensure the safety of physical facilities and the adequacy existing security
  • Contribute in boosting team efficiency through operational and administrative tasks
  • Help improve company practice, work, and organizational structure
  • Organize company meetings and events
  • Establish procedures and develop documents and databases for the company
  • Assist in filing and reportorial requirements with SSS/PHIC/HDMF
  • Post and monitor expenses and payables
  • Prepare payable vouchers, check vouchers, and purchase orders
  • Prepare Certificate of Creditable Tax Withheld at Source (Form No.2307) of Suppliers
  • Perform other tasks as required by the company
