RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Efficiently respond to users inquiries and concerns via social media
  • Escalate complex problems to appropriate internal resources
  • Write and maintain documentation for the client s internal and external knowledge bases
  • Help build and maintain the campaign s internal systems and procedures
  • Be a team player; have fun and work with a team to hit client targets
  • Perform other tasks as required by the client

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent written and spoken Spanish
  • Good English communication skills
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Prior experience working in customers support or in a call center environment preferred but not
    required
  • Basic technical skills—able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications
  • A critical thinker with good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Effective organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in team-oriented environments
  • Upbeat, positive, kind, and empathetic personality
  • Willing to work the night shift
