QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Two or more years of prior experience in customer service working with US customers
  • Experience with fraud analysis and detection will prove beneficial
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
  • Effective organization, time management, and productivity skills
  • With good analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Equipped with basic technical skills—able to navigate through computer and web applications
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, pay-per-click advertising, employer branding, and the online recruitment advertising space is a significant plus
  • The successful applicant must be willing to work a night-shift

RESPONSIBILITIES

    As a Tier 2 Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of the campaign s Global Customer Success department that aims to assist the client s customers. Once hired, you will be responsible for:

  • receiving escalated customer contacts via phone and email from T1 Customer Support Specialists;
  • directly communicating with the client s current and prospective customers with their needs;
  • contributing to initiatives to improve the client s products, processes, and tools;
  • monitoring and reporting key performance metrics to managers;
  • write and maintain documentation required to ensure customer support quality, including logging support cases, creating playbooks, and developing knowledge base articles;
  • assessing and verifying transactions to ensure marketplace security;
  • being a team player—have fun and work with a team to hit client targets; and
  • performing other tasks as required by the client.
