QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree or equivalent work experience in management or training in team leading is a plus
  • At least 2 years of experience as a team leader or supervisor
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
  • Good technical skills—able to comfortably navigate through smartphone and desktop applications
  • Experienced in using MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Customer-care-based email writing and editing skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Once hired, Team Leaders in our footwear retail program are responsible for supervising, guiding, and monitoring teams of support agents.

  • Uphold the company’s mission to create an inspiring work environment with an open communication culture
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Oversee day-to-day operation
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines for the team
  • Motivate team members
  • Identify training needs and opportunities
  • Conduct coaching sessions and meetings
  • Provide feedback and performance improvement plans
  • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
  • Spearhead creating templates for the team
