QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL queries—comfortable using SELECT, UPDATE, INSERT, DELETE, and JOIN statement in SQL management studio or MYSql
  • Knowledgeable in SQL stored procedures—can read stored procedures and discuss how it works
  • Familiar with relational database management system (RDBMS)
  • API and HTML knowledge are advantages
  • Familiarity with mutual funds/hedge fund
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Tradex Support Specialist is a support role that focuses on client inquiries and concerns when using our suite. If hired, you will fulfill this responsibility via phone, email, and the web.

  • Support an SQL and web-based fund management application used by banks and fund management firms across Europe, Middle East, and Africa
  • Use SQL Management Studio to troubleshoot issues related to the application
  • Provide functional and technical support for internal teams
  • Identify and interpret client issues and determine appropriate action
  • Document each interactions with the clients
