QUALIFICATIONS

• Background in either Accounting and Finance or Information Technology and Computer Science
  • Applicants with an Accounting background must have at least a year of experience working with any of the following:
    • Portfolio Management
    • Fund Accounting
    • Prime Broker
    • other global back-office financial accounting solutions
    • fundamental financial instruments like equities and fixed income
  • Applicants with a background in IT must have at least a year of experience with SQL, Databases, Networking or Automation
• Proficiency in Excel formulas or macro is also preferred
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Must have proven aptitude for complex technical, financial and theoretical information
• Intelligent and motivated to learn new things
• With an upbeat, energetic, and positive attitude
• Willing to work in our Makati office on any given schedule

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support over the phone or via email
• Identify and interpret client needs and determine appropriate action, follow-up, and test solutions
• Provide extensive and detailed instructional documentation
• Stay current with new changes in both the financial and technical sectors
