QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least a 2-year work experience in customer service, working with US customers
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
  • Flexible and willing to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
  • Highly organized with enviable time management skills
  • Open-minded and prepared to take on new challenges and learn new skills
  • Upbeat, positive, kind, and empathetic personality preferred

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client’s products, services, and website
  • Efficiently and accurately resolve customer inquiries over the phone and email, delivering a memorable customer experience
  • Collaborate with colleagues from technical services, customer success, sales, and engineering to resolve customer concerns
  • Contribute to initiatives to improve the client’s products, processes and tooling
  • Monitor and report key performance metrics to the Customer Support Manager
  • Assess and verify transactions to ensure marketplace security
