QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- At least a 2-year work experience in customer service, working with US customers
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
- Flexible and willing to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Highly organized with enviable time management skills
- Open-minded and prepared to take on new challenges and learn new skills
- Upbeat, positive, kind, and empathetic personality preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client’s products, services, and website
- Efficiently and accurately resolve customer inquiries over the phone and email, delivering a memorable customer experience
- Collaborate with colleagues from technical services, customer success, sales, and engineering to resolve customer concerns
- Contribute to initiatives to improve the client’s products, processes and tooling
- Monitor and report key performance metrics to the Customer Support Manager
- Assess and verify transactions to ensure marketplace security
