QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 6 months experience working in customer support or in a call center environment preferred but not required
  • Proficient in written and verbal Englis
  • Basic technical skills—able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule and on site in Ayala Avenue, Makati
  • Available to start immediately

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers with inquiries related to international online money transfers and credit/debit card transactions
  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional customer support via phone calls, emails, and live chat (You will only handle one touch point at a time)
  • Assist customers with transaction concerns such as payment status, failed or delayed transfers, refunds, chargebacks, and account-related questions
  • Guide customers through standard processes while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience
  • Clearly explain policies, procedures, and resolutions in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the system
