Collabs Specialists — Retail brand

QUALIFICATIONS

As a Collabs Specialist, you will be responsible for managing product launches, ecommerce listings, and cross-team coordination to ensure that the program’s online retail operations run smoothly.

While direct customer service experience isn’t required for this role, familiarity with CSR practices can be helpful for effectively communicating and collaborating with internal teams.

• Experience with e-commerce or retail platforms preferred
• Familiarity with Shopify product creation and management
• Product Specialist experience is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced online retail environment
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, including international teams
• Ability to multitask and manage various ad hoc tasks efficiently
• Strong attention to detail, especially when handling product data

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage sale of misprinted products and coordinate delivery to customers with logistics teams
• Support product team
  • Upload, review, and format new launch artwork on printer laptops, ensuring all files are saved correctly
  • Set up and manage print jobs using RasterLink software, identifying and correcting any errors as needed

  • Organize products into collections by design to support marketing campaigns and website navigation
