QUALIFICATIONS
- Four-year Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- At least 1 year experience in live chat/email support/customer service/call center environment is required
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Mastery of CRM and Ticketing tools (Zendesk, Service Cloud, Zopim, etc)
- Basic technical skills (able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications)
- Upbeat, positive, kind, and empathetic personality preferred
- Flexible and willing to work in a fast-paced and quickly growing environment
- Open-minded and prepared to take on new challenges and learn new skills
- Willing to work in Makati
- Can start immediately

- Assist customers via live chat/email in clear and concise written English
- Improve the quality of customer interactions on a daily basis
- Have fun and work effectively with a team of awesome people
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
