Delivery Robot Pilots — Smart delivery systems

QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of basic troubleshooting techniques and drone operation and safety procedures
• Experience with gaming skills (Halo, Call of Duty, racing games, etc.) is a plus
• Good communication skills in English, both written and reading
• Knowledge of Google Maps and its functions
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate a robot to deliver last-mile customer service to our clients
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to drone operation
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Ensure the highest quality standards are met while delivering service to our clients
• Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with mission control and team members
• Ensure safety at all times while operating the drone
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
