QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
  • Comfortable using Google Maps
  • Good English written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Can work independently or with a team
  • Willing to work in rotating shifts
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with gaming (mobile, PC, or console) is a plus

Open to high school and fresh grads. No BPO experience required
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate a robot to support customers during last-mile delivery
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to robot operation
  • Ensure safety and accuracy during each delivery
  • Communicate with mission control and team members as needed
  • Maintain clear and accurate logs of tasks and interactions
  • Work with the team to improve processes and workflows
