QUALIFICATIONS

  • A college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Good English communication skills
  • Knowledge in technical troubleshooting, software applications, desktop assembly/disassembly, basic desktop hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Install, deploy, and maintain desktop and laptop PCs, operating systems, and various client application
  • Resolve network/systems/applications incidents/requests from users
  • Log incidents/requests into ticketing system
  • Assist in maintaining the IT assets inventory
  • Assist in research and development of planned and required operational enhancements
  • Assist immediate supervisor in product and technology POC’s for IT requirements as per business directions
  • Take and undergo trainings and certifications as deemed required by operations
  • Submit EOD Reports
  • Accomplish reports as required by both the Open Access BPO management and the clients
