IT Asset Custodian

The IT Asset Custodian is responsible for managing the procurement, storage, tracking, and documentation of all IT assets. This role ensures accurate inventory control and compliance with IT asset management procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any IT-related course
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware and software
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Willingness to work on the assigned schedule
• Willing to work on-site at Ayala Avenue, Makati City

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and coordinate IT asset purchases in accordance with company policies
• Maintain custodianship and secure storage of all IT assets
• Update and maintain accurate IT asset inventory records and documentation
• Track and document IT asset accountability and assignment
• Prepare reports and documentation in compliance with IT asset management procedures
• Perform other tasks as assigned
