QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
At least 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-detail tasks
Prior experience dealing with Philippine government agencies (BIR, PEZA, etc.) or banking institutions
Basic technical skills—able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the operation of basic office equipment
Good verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with internal and external teams
Strong attention to detail, especially regarding document filing and compliance
High level of discretion when handling confidential company information
Ability to multitask and manage various ad hoc tasks efficiently
Willingness to support various departments and carry out diverse administrative duties
RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence to the appropriate departments or individuals
Maintain highly organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring the proper filing of all company documents
Ensure hard copies of official receipts are collected, recorded, and filed accordingly for financial tracking
Perform general clerical work, such as releasing checks to vendors and handling incoming inquiries
Monitor and order office supplies to ensure stock availability and seamless daily operations
Deliver and pick up documents and other items to and from the company office, banks, or locations of check signatories
Handle government and compliance support by submitting required documents to City Hall and other government agencies
Assist with organizing company events and various team-building activities
Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Immediate Head, Department Head, and top management
