QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree in BS Legal Management, Political Science, or any related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in legal compliance
  • Can adapt to the policy creation of an organization
  • Good communication skills
    • Proficient in written and spoken English
    • Able to liaise with people across the business
  • Strong client service orientation and strong attention to detail
  • Able to work well by yourself or with a team and
  • Willing to work in Makati

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Policy Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring all policies and procedures, contracts, statements of work, and other documents are disseminated and implemented are aligned with all the statutory and regulatory requirements of Open Access BPO.

  • Conceptualize and implement policies, guidelines, operating procedures for different departments
  • Collaborate with different departments for policy creation and implementation
  • Review implemented internal controls to inform and advise with regards to having the appropriate policy in place
  • Collaborate to improve internal documents and practices
  • Ensure regulatory agency requirements are inventoried, assessed, cascaded, and implemented
  • Ensure all implemented contracts are in compliance with all the applicable laws and regulations
  • Ensures that all compliance issues and concerns within the organization are evaluated, investigated, and resolved
  • Maintain inventory of contracts and other documents for onboarding clients
