QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1 year of BPO experience as Sales Representative or Retention Specialist
    • Experience in taking inbound and outbound calls
    • Good technical skills—able to comfortably navigate through smartphone and desktop applications
    • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
    • A critical thinker with good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work on-site in Makati

  • Assist customers via phone, live chat, and email in clear and concise English
  • Improve the quality of customer interactions daily
