QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support for an online product
  • Good technical skills (able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications)
    • At least 2 years of experience using Zendesk or a similar tool for email and chat support
  • Proficient in written and verbal English communication
  • A critical thinker with good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to empathize with users and create a positive user experience
  • With an upbeat, positive, kind, and empathetic personality
  • Open-minded and prepared to take on new challenges and learn new skills
  • Willing to work in Makati

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Email Support Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for answering customer’s questions and helping them to quickly resolve issues.

  • Assist customers via email, answering their questions and helping them to quickly resolve issues
  • Regularly aim to improve the quality of customer interactions
  • Be a team player; have fun and work with a team to hit client targets
  • Perform other tasks as required by the client
