QUALIFICATIONS

  • Work experience:
    • Must have over a year of experience in Accounting, working with Portfolio Management, Fund Accounting, Prime Broker, or other global back office financial accounting solution
      • Knowledge of fundamental financial instruments (equities and fixed incomes) is preferred
    • With more than a year of Architecture experience, handling SQL, Databases, UNIX/Linux, or Networking preferred
    • Strong background in accounting or have previously worked for any finance-related accounts (JP Morgan, Bank of America, Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg, etc)
      • Intermediate knowledge of business finance; prior work experience in hedge funds and mutual funds is a plus
    • Experienced in collaborating with different people across multiple department
  • Proven aptitude to learn complex technical, financial, and theoretical information in a timely manner is required
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication with a strong attention to detail are required
  • Must be a critical thinker with good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • With advanced technical skills, with basic understanding of Unix, Linux, MSSQL, Databases
  • Works well even when under pressure; can be resourceful, even with limited tools and resources
  • Willing to work during graveyard shifts and holidays. Open to schedule swaps as needed (US to APAC, US to EMEA)

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Client Support Representative for our Client Services team, you are expected to provide great service to clients by resolving technical and product functionality inquiries via phone, web, and email to ensure the successful use of our solutions and a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Provide comprehensive technical support by resolving inquiries via phone, email, and web
    • Ensure responses are timely and align with departmental and team service levels and objectives
  • Collaborate with clients, team members, implementation consultants, and resources across our global office locations to achieve desired results
  • Continue internal education, training, and certifications to stay ahead of an evolving technical and financial industry—learn new product releases, and increase your value to the company and the client
  • Own and address client needs and product issues from inception to resolution
    • Interpret and validate technical issues, test solutions, follow-up and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain and create detailed documentation by logging of support cases, email and knowledge base articles for client and internal use
  • Perform other tasks as required by the program and the company
