Product and Order Management Specialists

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 year of work experience in customer support in any industry
• Experience in sales coordination or e-commerce catalogue management
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Must possess customer service-oriented skills
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Able to multitask and take responsibility in challenging situations
• A critical thinker with good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Basic graphic design skills
• With effective organization and time management skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage sales of designated items, including creating online listings and coordinating delivery with logistics
• Support the product team by preparing digital artwork for printing, which includes:
  • Uploading and reviewing for accuracy; and
  • Setting up print jobs using specialized software
• Support the e-commerce team by:
  • Creating product listings in the online store;
  • Collaborating with brand and creative teams to gather digital assets for online product listings; and
  • Uploading and assigning digital assets to the corresponding product variations in the online store
• Perform other tasks as required by the program and the company
