Reports Analysts – Makati


  • At least two years of work experience handling business reports, data analysis, and reports automation
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and multitasking skills
  • Advanced technical skills, including:
    • High level of understanding of Zendesk or other email platforms;
    • Excellent MS Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Docs/Sheets/Slides proficiency; and
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel as a primary tool (e.g. reverse-engineering complex formulas, creating system, pivot tables, reporting, and conversion).
  • Ability to create email capacity planning and scheduling
  • Must be very detail-oriented and organized
  • Flexible and willing to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
    • Can work under pressure with tight timelines and shifting schedules
    • Punctual and committed to work schedules, including the night shift



Once hired, the Reports Analyst will work directly with our Data Management Team to create and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports required by the client. You will also be responsible for:

  • collecting source data for reports;
  • creating data templates and trackers for whatever is needed by the team;
  • maintaining scorecards and dashboards;
  • processing and tracking employee movements both internally and externally;
  • preparing monthly, weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews; and
  • preparing ad-hoc reports requests by operations team and client partners.
