QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least two years of work experience in customer service, working with US customers
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
  • Effective organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in team-oriented environments
  • Successful applicants must be willing to work the night shift

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client s products, services and website
  • Quickly and accurately resolve customer inquiries received via phone and email, delivering a memorable customer experience
  • Collaborate with colleagues from technical services, customer success, sales, and engineering to resolve customer concerns
  • Contribute to initiatives to improve the client s products, processes and tooling
  • Monitor and report key performance metrics to the Customer Support Manager
  • Assess and verify transactions to ensure marketplace security
