Call Center Associates — HR solutions



QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least senior high school graduate
  • At least two years of work experience in customer service, working with US customers
  • Above average written and verbal English communication skills
  • Effective organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in team-oriented environments
  • Basic technical skills—able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications
  • Has background in one or more of the following:
    • Back office support
    • Data entry
    • HR and benefits
    • Medical research and encoding


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client’s products, services and website
  • Quickly and accurately resolve customer inquiries received via phone, delivering a memorable customer experience
  • Manage difficult situation to end every call in a positive manner
  • Perform other tasks as required by the campaign
