Customer Service Representatives — Travel support services

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Success Specialist are responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our B2B and B2C customers through effective communication via chat and email. Your primary focus will be providing exceptional support, gathering feedback, and facilitating outreach initiatives.

Additionally, you will play a vital role in administrative tasks related to inventory management and partner communication.

• B2C Support: Promptly and professionally assist B2C customers by providing accurate and helpful information, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions to ensure a positive customer experience
• B2B Support: Assists B2B clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
• Gather and document feedback from B2B clients
• Assess support ticket priority and escalate high-priority tickets to appropriate team members or stakeholders for resolution
• Monitor the inventory of security seals at each shop and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate the shipment of security seals to partner shops that are low on stock
• Conduct partner outreach to update operation hours and online profiles, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
• Reply to reviews on 3rd part platforms
• Identify potential B2B leads and collect contact information
• Perform other tasks as needed by the program and the company
