HR Analyst

QUALIFICATIONS

• A bachelor’s degree, preferable in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology
• At least 2-3 years of work experience in data management, preferably projects related to HR analytics
• Strong technical skills – able to navigate through computer and web applications with ease
  • Experience using HR management systems
  • Advanced Excel skills required
• A critical thinker with good intuition and excellent analytical skills
• Organized and resourceful
• Able to work with a team and independently with minimum supervision

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect, organize, and analyze complex data to create concrete recommendations for retention and legal compliance or workflow improvements
• Create and manage HR databases and reportorial requirements to guarantee the integrity and correctness of the data
• Regularly monitor relevant HR metrics/KPIs
• Responsible for monthly KPIs and tertial reporting
• Handle reports on EIQs and relevant trackers
• Review and evaluate company policies for approval
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the department heads and top management
