Team Leaders — Insurance firm

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a financial background, knowledge of 401K a plus but not required
• Experience in the Salesforce is also a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Good technical skills—able to comfortably navigate through smartphone and desktop applications
• Must be a team player, empathic and diplomatic with effective conflict resolution skills
• Should have experience handling both voice and non-voice customer support programs
• Organizational, decision-making skills and have a time- management skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee day to day operation
• Identify team goals and monitor performance
• Provide training needs, including performance coaching
• Perform other tasks as required by the program and company
