Open Access BPO Turns the Heat Up with 2024’s Kickoff Party

Open Access BPO didn’t seem to mind the cool weekend winds as employees donned their best summer outfits in Endless Summer: The Open Access BPO Kick-Off Party 2024.

Held last Saturday, February 3, the multilingual call center celebrated 2023 with gratitude for everyone’s hard work and embraced 2024 as a year of abundant growth opportunities.

Employees flocked the venue, The Island at The Palace in BGC, in their vibrant summer-themed outfits, vibing to the reggae rhythms of the band Collie Herb.

Open Access BPO President Henry Chang extended a warm welcome to all attendees, expressing gratitude to those who have remained steadfast with the company through challenges and successes.

Company CEO Ben Davidowitz and VP Joy Sebastian soon joined him to hand out recognitions to loyal employees for their loyalty and dedication to putting customers first.

Three employees were honored for their 15 years of service, eight received recognition for a decade of dedication, and an impressive 53 employees marked their fifth anniversary as valued members of Team OABPO.

Out of all the attendees who showed off their summer bests, a select few caught our eye and were handpicked as Best Dressed candidates.

Among them, two stood out, decked in their sizzling garbs. They were each presented with cash prizes and some serious bragging rights.

Another highlight of the night that everyone will never forget was the performance of Ultracombo, a band consisting of former members of Pinoy music icon Eraserheads. They played one ’90s hit after another, including “Magasin,” “Ligaya,” “With a Smile,” “Tindahan ni Aling Nena,” “Superproxy,” and “Spoliarium.”

It was a headbanging, sing-along nostalgia trip that everyone will never forget.

Following Ultracombo’s set, the raffle draw saw several employees take home gadgets like Bluetooth speakers, smartwatches, TWS earbuds, gaming consoles, and smartphones. Some lucky attendees also won cash prizes.

OABPO employees danced the night away to the music provided by DJ Sky.

With a sumptuous buffet, free-flowing drinks, exciting prizes, and awesome musical performances, Endless Summer was definitely one for the booksโ€”a fantastic kickoff to 2024.
