Outsourcing customer experience (CX) service provider Open Access recently partnered with the Foundation of Balay Pasilungan to deliver an Open Access community outreach initiative that supported children through donations and volunteer activities, reflecting the company’s commitment to giving back to the community.
Held on June 4, 2026, the outreach brought together Open Access employees in Davao through one of the company’s employee volunteer programs to spend time with the children under the foundation’s care. The team organized games and interactive activities for the children and donated essential items, including milk and clothing.
The Foundation of Balay Pasilungan is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a safe home, education, and life skills for vulnerable and disadvantaged children, helping them develop the confidence and skills needed to build independent futures. Through supporting children’s foundations that create meaningful opportunities for young people, Open Access continues to strengthen employee engagement and community involvement beyond the workplace.
While the donations addressed immediate needs, the initiative also highlighted the value of personal connection. Spending time with the children and engaging in shared activities reinforced the importance of building a supportive environment where every child feels encouraged and valued, demonstrating how social impact initiatives can create meaningful connections.
Community partnerships remain an important part of Open Access’ broader approach to corporate social responsibility initiatives. Through BPO community outreach initiatives like this, the company continues to work alongside organizations that are making a lasting difference, contributing to stronger communities and brighter opportunities for future generations.
