It has been three months since the effects of the COVID-19 were felt around the world. It halted many business operations across industries, consequently pulling down revenues and threatening employment.

As a multilingual business process outsourcing (BPO) firm, workforce safety is a top priority at Open Access BPO. In fact, employee health and safety measures were among the first steps we took when we implemented our business continuity plans.
